We envision ourselves as a partner in the educational framework in developing students socially, emotionally, and academically while contributing to a positive campus culture and climate. With an emphasis on character-building and developing life-skills for the students we serve, our goal is to adequately prepare students for long-term success through exposure, creative learning systems, and significant opportunities to acquire necessary growth intangibles. Due to our our strategic mentorship approach that focuses on cultivating the natural strengths of each student, we strive to close the achievement gap for historically marginalized students while creating equity in the education system. 

As teachers and administrators attempt to combat the learning loss and educational disparities elevated from the COVID-19 pandemic, we assist in this process by uniting in the common goal of unleashing the endless potential of the students they courageously serve.

Our “secret” is simple; we listen. We’ve surveyed, interviewed, and conducted special focus groups amongst current and former teachers, principals, parents, and students. The information we’ve gathered has enabled us to be intentional when constructing our events, programs, and mentorship all designed around our pillars of fueling dreams, changing stereotypes, and impacting students beyond traditional learning curriculums. 

We look to the future with hope, compassion, and great expectations to expand our services to schools across the state of Texas.
