Bringing Class to the Classroom (Gentleman’s Club)

The Lost Generation prides itself on instilling gentleman characteristics in young men. We find that emphasizing good habits and mannerisms in young men at an early age will prove to be pivotal as they become older and continue to mature.

During our Bringing Class to the Classroom program presentation, a small group of gentlemen go to an elementary, middle, or high School and teach a classroom-sized group of young men gentleman characteristics. These characteristics include swagger, thinking ethically and logically as a gentleman, and respecting others with dignity and class. The volunteers will display by example and presentation what it means to be a gentleman through dress, actions, words, and deeds. The Lost Generation will discuss the importance of being a gentleman by instruction, classroom discussion, and hands-on examples.

Components of Bringing Class to the Classroom Include:

  • Defining The Art of Class & Explaining what Gentleman Do
  • Positive, Respectful Interactions with Elderly & Women
  • Showcase the Importance of these Characteristics in our Society
  • Show Examples of People who Exhibit these Qualities with Explanations
  • Deliver Personal Experiences
  • Practice Acting out Scenarios & Settings with Students
  • Physically Teach Students How To Tie A Tie (Students Keep the Tie as a Gift)
  • Goal Setting & Recap
We hope that the advice and lessons that we offer the young men will increase their knowledge on acting as a gentleman and will become permanent characteristics that will last them for a lifetime. Their understanding of these intangibles can impact their overall ethics and decision-making, producing favorable results.
