Ladies in Formation (Ladies’ Club)
No matter how times may change over the years, educated, ambitious, and classy women will never go out of style. The Lost Generation works to build sophisticated, classy, and well-respected young women through our Ladies in Formation program. In a world where the media portrays negative messages and images of women, improperly showcasing who and what a woman is, what they can do, what they should do, how they should talk, and how they should act, we find it both imperative and essential to guide these young ladies in the proper fashion.
During this program presentation, a small group of our elegant ladies go to an elementary, middle, or high school and teach a classroom-sized group of young ladies class, elegance, mannerisms, and how to love as well as respect themselves. Our members' figurative image and examples should serve as a great representation of a young ladies' full potential, and promote other younger ladies to visualize themselves as the phenomenal and capable women that they are. A presentation and hands-on examples will be given to students. Some tips on dressing like a lady will also be applied during the event as well.

We hope that from this event, the young ladies will be able to expand their knowledge on how to conduct themselves amongst their peers and in different settings as the phenomenal and capable women that they are, make students aware of the true queens that they can be, and understand how valuable their minds and bodies are.
