With the assistance of student organizations, Executive Directors, and University Departments, we strategically recruit some of the best current and upcoming leaders on college campuses. Our members come experienced, highly-recommended, and eager to make a difference, using the power of their examples for something larger than themselves through the lenses of connection, compassion, and commitment. We provide an intense, hands-on training led by educators, counselors, and nonprofit leaders to ensure all our members are capable of producing similar consistent results amongst the students they serve when carrying out our organization's mission. We pair this training with our "Service Prep Guide" modules and ongoing coaching and support throughout the year to ensure our members not only meet the expectations set before them, but are displaying the best versions of themselves. As a result, we build skilled, knowledgeable, and highly effective employees who usually transition to a field of education, social work, or child psychology. 

With an established group at the University of North Texas (UNT), our objective is to target Title-1, low-income schools within the North Texas area. We work closely with principals to understand the needs for each particular campus and create action plans to focus on these areas of improvement. 

As we gather more resources, we plan to expand to colleges/universities such as the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), the University of Texas at Austin (UT), the University of Houston (UH), and Baylor University (BU) to reach our desired impact.
